We will ship your package within 24 hours of confirming your payment, allowing for weekends and holidays.

We ship all our orders UPS Grounds 2-3 day delivery. In the event your package is delayed please email orders@ludwigitservices.com with your order number as the subject. We will initiate a trace with UPS immediately.

Returns

Ludwig IT Services, LLC stands behind the products we sell. We will do everything we can to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Any refund will be exclusive of Shipping & Handling charges and may be subject to a small restocking charge. Return postage will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is replaced, replacement postage will be the responsibility of Ludwig IT Services, LLC. Before returning any product for replacement or refund please obtain an RMA number by emailing us at support@ludwigitservices.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.
